  • Great Selection - Low Weight Meat Though

    Super easy and quick to get delivered next day (in NYC). I recommend ordering at least several days in advance of when you need it though.

    When a brisket is advertised as 12+ lbs and they send you an 8 lb, you’re going to have to order another or source locally. Unless you’re ok with only feeding 2/3 of your guests.

  • Wast of time

    App doesn’t work most of the time. Have to keep login in most of the time. They keep changing things on the app. Just go into the store. Don’t give you actual size. Take a chance if you want to buy online. Customer service won’t even respond when you submit a question. You go in store and give your email for receipt to be sent and see it the email pop up on screen. Have received an email the past 3 times went into the store for purchase. Not going to spend $29 for membership.

  • Enjoy your products but…

    I can’t say the app works very well. On my iPhone, I’m often having problems as it doesn’t sync with the website account. Shopping cart doesn’t appear to update across multiple platforms and lately it’s freezing up on my phone. Also, it doesn’t show past orders on the app and favorites. I think its has a few bugs and needs fixes. Thank you.

  • Worthless

    I guess my other review was somehow deleted? It’s been 6 months and I still haven’t been able to order anything using the app. Last time it just wouldn’t place the other and now you can’t been add stuff to the card. All you get is “refresh token expired”. The meat quality is great but the app is absolutely worthless. I don’t see how other people are using it.. is it my phone?? I have the 14pro max

  • Constantly having errors

    It constantly crashes, all kinds of bugs and I always have to go to the web version to order something because the app wont let me, or wont recognize my account. Also, today, you can’t add anything to the cart because everything has the “find similar products” instead of the usual add to cart (I mean it, I took the time and checked, every single item has it). Im deleting the app, definitely love the service but the app is real bad.

  • App is Complete Trash

    Probably would have spent hundreds of dollars more in the last year if the app actually functioned. Currently can’t add anything to my cart because everything says find similar products. When it says add to cart I get “token refresh error”. This app is so terrible I go here intentionally to spend money, and leave without spending any. That’s just the problems happening currently. Every single time I open it, something isn’t working.

  • App is hot garbage

    This new app is garbage. It’s like there was no testing on the app before releasing. You need to use the website because the app just doesn’t work as it should. Filtering does not work, examples include trying to filter down for beef but no option to filter on beef and even if you select other options it still shows other products that should have been filtered out. Search also does not work. The carts are not connected from website to app which just shows how incomplete this product is. Lots of buttons like reorder previous order do not work. The list goes on and on. Please test your app before making us use it.

  • Convenient but glitchy app

    We love Wild Fork and use the app frequently. The reasons for our frustration with the app are 1. The cart content disappeares often. 2. My order history disappears and makes it hard to reorder items. 3. In order to return home you have to click backwards several times instead of having a home button. Other than that, the app provides a convenient way to shop for meats in the comfort of our home.

  • Great service and products, terrible app

    Wild fork is a 5 star business with great products but it has a terribly buggy app that deserves only 1 star. I still recommend the service and products highly so I’m splitting the difference by giving it 3 stars.

    The app has numerous bugs which are never fixed:
    - multiple logins are frequently required to check out
    - order history never works and shows no orders
    - pages are slow to load
    - product navigation is clunky and hard to use
    - cart is not cleared after purchasing and must be manually deleted item by item before placing your next order
    - large font settings on devices cause cut off of text and buttons on many pages
    - buttons are very finicky in the shopping cart and frequently get the quantities wrong

    The app is really just a bunch of web pages that are masquerading as a mobile app. It needs a full rewrite.

  • Cancelled Annual Membership but still being billed

    The app and the website do not sync. I cancelled the annual membership on a web browser and it stated it would not renew. However today it renewed via the app without my authorization. I see no way to cancel my membership or remove my payment via the app. I liked Wild Fork, but due to the app I think I’ll be using them less. Now I have to call the number and cancel like it’s 1999.
