Horrible app
After spending thousands and thousands of dollars, I am unable to download my data for days at a time. It always says “data unavailable “ with some lame excuse that they maybe processing data like ResMed app for cpap.( they have a crappy app too) I am having to re sync Bluetooth multiple times to download data. The implant is great and I am sleeping beautifully but when data downloads the only thing it tells you is how many hours you slept and app asks how I feel. Seriously? I thought it might tell me if I snored or apnea episodes. Other apps track snoring.

Mostly ads
The app contains many ads about how great Inspire is and how easy the implant process is but fails to bring up the many side effects and potential problems. For example, it doesn’t mention the company’s own findings that 18.8% of their patients are worse off a year after the implant than they were before.

Not impressed
Had device 3 weeks. Mixed results on the therapy- cannot tell if it’s working.
I agree the app is useless. Never able to “upload data”. Always “something went wrong try again later”.

Issues
Horrible app haven’t even had it for a month and I am having issues with this and it would be nice to have this app monitor your oxygen levels for all the money that it cost come on Inspire you can do better than this
Not so good
I like the implant but the app is horrible. Now I can’t retrieve any of my info. I can’t change my hours without seeing my sleep dr. To the inspire team, come on guys it’s 2024 and you are a cutting edge tech company. You can do better!
passwords and updates…
How a “life saving” devices app never works is beyond me… Logged me out, but “can’t” email me to fix the password that isn’t working, which really doesn’t matter because it never uploads data to the app anyway. I might have them take the stuff back out as I’m worried it will turn on and not turn off again. Super dangerous to not work properly.

App Nightmare
I’m chiming in with my sweet dream, turned nightmare. I don’t understand how this app is tracking anything when the data won’t ever upload. I’m wasting waking hours on this. Maybe if you have an ancient phone it’ll work. Inspire…do better.
Not Inspired
Haven’t received data in four days. Called the customer service number and recorded message says they’re working on it. I suspect the “technicians” are on an extended vacation. For a Medical Device company, I’m losing all trust in them. How about sending an email to your CUSTOMERS notifying us about this!

Fix the App
App quit uploading data. Reloaded app, took half a day to connect to Bluetooth still doesn’t work correctly. Fix it.
Not Recording Date
At the moment, when you click on upload data, the app screen flutters like a fluorescent lightbulb in a horror movie. And nothing happens it remains stuck like a glitch.
