No free trial
Was told I’m eligible for a 7 day free, was billed full amount immediately, with no 7 day trial.

Absolutely misleading at the best, but basically you’re scamming people with your 7 day free trial by charging immediately.
Apple won’t refund, which is surprising considering how many of the same complaints you’ve had.
Guess they’ll just keep taking your money, like you’re taking ours!

However, you can easily edit your document, and once you're ready, you can export it in PDF or JPG format by clicking the "Export" option. Moreover, you can test out the Premium features for 7 days completely FREE of charge. Just activate the free trial in the app. If you prefer to stick with the Premium version, you may continue using the app. If not you can cancel the trial prior to the first charge.
