Won’t Pair
It’s beyond dumb that in 2024 we still deal with Bluetooth pairing problems. Oh, and awesome reviews and no updates from the developer in 2 years. Guess doesn’t work doesn’t matter.
What a headache installing this!

Very poor application
Hard to impossible to use this app. I regret buying the ford charging station.
Won’t set up
Seems to as consistently not work as the ford app
Connect but endlessly loops thru apps. Stupid!
I connect the App to the Charge Station (Bluetooth pairing, ID, Code, WiFi). The App asks to link to Ford Pass app (opens the FP app). Then the Ford Pass App asks to setup the Charge Station, which relaunches the Charge Station App, restarts the setup process. And this loop is endless. $&@?#%!!!
Charging
Ford’s MachE charging setup is poorly designed and very difficult, clumsy. There is no simple way to schedule charging either in the car or on phone app. Compared to Tesla the Ford is a mess.
Gate way error
Keep getting a gateway error when trying to pair to the app
Does not Sync with other Apps
Reading the reviews and the app will not connected to the ford network you get the spinning blue wheel that eventually freezes making you have to force the app to shutdown. Thankfully you don’t need the app to charge your vehicle

Failed to Connect
Completed the setup but after that all I get is failed to connect in the app.
Useless since it cannot connect.
