It’s beyond dumb that in 2024 we still deal with Bluetooth pairing problems. Oh, and awesome reviews and no updates from the developer in 2 years. Guess doesn’t work doesn’t matter.BrettFL

Ford’s MachE charging setup is poorly designed and very difficult, clumsy. There is no simple way to schedule charging either in the car or on phone app. Compared to Tesla the Ford is a mess.??jl55

Does not Sync with other Apps
Reading the reviews and the app will not connected to the ford network you get the spinning blue wheel that eventually freezes making you have to force the app to shutdown. Thankfully you don’t need the app to charge your vehiclerjdjr

This is such a frustrating app to use. It does work, but it doesn’t really let you know that it is working and has successfully paired to your charger. Even after it has paired, the most prominent button is one to pair the device, and it still shows “Let’s get you connected” and “Get Started” as the screen that pops up if you re-open the app.Show lesstzen2019
