Poor interface design
This is such a frustrating app to use. It does work, but it doesn’t really let you know that it is working and has successfully paired to your charger. Even after it has paired, the most prominent button is one to pair the device, and it still shows “Let’s get you connected” and “Get Started” as the screen that pops up if you re-open the app.

Cannot get the charger to pair through Bluetooth
Have tried several times to get the charger to pair and failed. I get an amber light on the charger and it will not charge the car.
Either this ap doesn’t work or my first changer is junk.
I can go through all the steps included having the FordPass ap recognize the charger. But once I close it’s gone and I have to reconnect each time. Complete garbage, ford we need to talk…
Utterly Useless
Please fix the issues highlighter in these reviews!! I am unable to unlock my Wallbox without uninstalling the app, resetting the Wallbox and setting it all up again!!

Can’t control the charger
The app pairs the charger with my phone, then the connection just drops, even though I’m getting full Wi-Fi signals and am standing three feet from the charger. Stupid! Can’t make any changes to the charger settings, such as the most important deal of raising the allowable amperage to 48 amps. Nuts!

I agree with ‘confused’. Probably the most useless app on the planet together with Ford pass.
