Pricing transparency
Unable to see pricing options on anything other than bare minimum option. Tried calling they insisted I could see the pricing tiers on website and app. I explained I am using my phone and not a computer but customer service insisted it doesn’t matter. They were unwilling to walk me through it. Guess I don’t really need or want this product if customer service isn’t even willing to help me with pricing for my car and my daughters iPhone!

Clearly your customer service team reads as well as they listen! (Sarcasm intended, just in case you missed that as well). I clearly stated that I tried on MORE THAN ONE PLATFORM. Sorry I didn’t list my review on your preferred platform. I suggest you take it up with “your customer service department“ and see how well that works out for you. Sometimes I have to refresh multiple times to get it to work for a potential customer or I cannot get it to start a trial at all.Developer Response
