Help!
I need immediate help. I have not been able to long in for days… I have an appointment in 30 minutes and I have absolutely no access to my clients information. I have tried app updates, I have unplugged things, restarted internet, …ect… and still just a buffering circle.
To be honest I am super disappointed… this app is great when it works. The problem is it is so inconsistent and stops working of course when I need it most.

Hi, Tieryanna! We're so sorry for the outage that day! You'll be happy to know that we have doubled our number of servers. Now, if one server goes down, the other server takes over right away! This means you'll rarely ever see even a blip. The new server makes our system more stable than ever. You've probably noticed that we've had zero outages recently. With the work we've done, we believe we're one of the most reliable apps for PMU artists now. We also have two sets of internal alerts now. So we get emails from up to two different systems that tell us when there is an issue before you or your clients even see a problem. On top of this, we continue to take two sets of backups of all data in PMU Forms. That means you can rest assured that with PMU Forms we will keep your data safe. Hi! As of September 2023, we have an update on this! We're happy to announce that we've fixed this issue permanently! We've doubled the number of servers that run PMU Forms. So, now, our system is more reliable than ever. You'll probably notice that we've had perfect 100% up-time over the last thirty days and counting! That's because of our new server design. We also have two sets of internal alerts now. So we get emails from up to two different systems that tell us when there is an issue before you or your clients even see a problem. On top of this, we continue to take two sets of backups of all data in PMU Forms. That means you can rest assured that with PMU Forms we will keep your data safe. Hi Porsh! Thank you for this feedback! We're happy that you've been able to make your permanent makeup business fully digital with our app! In your review, you mentioned being able to take pictures of your clients and store them in the app. You'll be happy to know that our September 2023 release adds the ability to attach a picture to each of your client notes. So, now you can add as many photos for your clients as you need to so that you can track your client's progress over time. Again, thank you so much for using PMU Forms for your PMU business!
Spelling errors in forms

We have an update on this issue! We're happy to announce that as of Spring 2023, you can now edit your forms and fix or change any text in your forms. However, we also appreciate it if you email us at contact@pmuforms.com or text us at 857.222.5582 with a screenshot of the issue. That way we can fix the issue for all of our PMU artists at the same time. But, as mentioned above, this year we rolled out a new feature to let you edit your permanent makeup forms yourself. That way you can fix any typo right away, without waiting for us.
