This is a great app for PMU & Microblading artists who are trying to get rid of paper forms!
Not working
Tried to fill the form - none of the fields work

Thank you for your feedback! But I think there's a misunderstanding. Within the iOS app you don't fill out forms, you only view the form templates. Once you've subscribed, you're given a link which you can add to the email that is sent when a person books one of your services. When the customer clicks on that link they're taken to your own automatically created PMU Forms web page. On your automatically created web page, your clients can fill out the forms.
