Horrible delivery time
Despite being the food delivery scene for a while, their delivery time is still in medieval ages. It takes forever (note: ghosted) for them to respond to your queries via app or whatsapp and it takes even longer for your food to arrive. They need to step up.Osemommey
Horrible Service
Order was placed at 6:46pm, accepted at 6:47pm. A total of almost 3 hours waiting time until food arrives at 9:02pm (“No available drivers at the time order was placed”). If no drivers are available, customers should have the right to cancel the order instead of waiting 3hrs with NO updates until we rang customer service. Not to mention, a new subtotal which was NOT communicated by the restaurant prior to proceeding with the order. People rely on food delivery service apps for convenience and efficiency, which is clearly lacking at GoMamam, as well as other food delivery service apps in Brunei. The app is getting worse
At first when they launched and unpopular it was great. App was working fine. But now it doesnt load my location properly and there is a bug with messages popping up saying "You dont have permission"
Dear GoMamam, please test on your phone before you launch an update! It is getting frustrating and Im more incline not to use your service anymore!

When i open the app and select my address for some reason only the loading image comes up. Sometimes even after the loading image disappears it’s still at the address page. Please do something about it.bblueyusra
