Useless
This is the most useless app ever. The previous app camera connect was working just fine. The registration for this app logged me out from downloading images from my own f* camera after I’ve already done the registration months ago. Might as well smash this camera against the wall and buy something else with more user friendly app.

Update this app please….
It’s a great app but I honestly feel like it’s need an update…missing a lot of features like actually playing before downloading and not deleting the expired videos/photos.
Don’t bother.
Another canon product where the instructions images and what you see on your screen don’t bear any resemblance whatsoever.

Bring Back Old App
This new app is useless and hard to use. It won’t connect, the app is difficult to maneuver, and it made me sign in repeatedly.
Needs iPad app
Why would I want to look at images on a 5 inch screen when I can use a 12 inch iPad screen, needs to be sorted

If you just bought a camera, and it tells you to download this app, let me save you the trouble. When you inevitably call Canon To get help, they’re gonna tell you to download another app anyway (Canon Camera Connect), which is much easier.

Can’t login so no idea if this is any good
I have a Canon ID using email but when I try to login Canon detect this as unusual activity so send me an email. Open the Email and link which doesn’t work.

Extremely slow
Horrendously slow to upload photos from app to phone which isn’t good when there are hundreds to transfer. Took a chance buying a compact Canon camera and now regretting it. My Sony DSLR takes seconds to transfer images.
Stuck in a perpetual loop of register/login
I can’t even get into the app to use it! But from reading the other reviews (which some are over 2 years old) it sounds hellish; how can this be this terrible for this long without any acknowledgement or updates from Canon?They need to bring back the old app and address these issues asap!
