Worthless

Do not depend on this app for your transplant healthcare! The app is inaccessible and will constantly quit on you after anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes of use. If you need to edit an entry, it doesn’t let you. It is also almost completely inaccessible to those using screen readers. The company DOES NOT CARE about you or your kidney transplant. I have contacted them about the problems with this app and they just got hostile and said they weren’t going to fix it. It should be pulled from the App Store. Zero stars. Don’t waste your time.

App Crashes Constantly

I haven’t been able to open the app in 3 days. It keeps crashing. I’m afraid if I delete the app and reinstall it all my past data will be erased. I’m so frustrated with the app!

I use this and it’s good for medication management

Won’t work anymore

We love the idea of this app. Prior to it not working, our only complaint was the ability to adjust entries. More from one date to another. We also had a random Saturday that showed with data but we hadn’t put anything for that date yet.

After the last update for the app, it doesn’t work at all. It won’t load data and because of that we can’t track anything new.

Customer Service

I am not able to access my account following new IPhone update. I have left two phone calls with Customer Service with no return calls. Frustrated

i asked a simple question of customer service (metric options) and instead of getting an answer, i got an email stating it was solved. i still have no answer to my query.

edit: i received a reply from the company that metric option will be included in an update to be released in the spring.
