  • Really bad user experience when updating

    The app will occasionally put up a blocking dialog box right after I log in saying: Update In Progress We are currently working on new features to improve your experience. Thank you for your patience as updates can take up to two hours. Check for Update and when I hit “Check for Update”, it just cycles back to the same dialog. I have to force kill the app to allow me to try logging in again (which brings me to the same problem). I think that the app and back end should be architected to make the patient experience seamless even during an update. Right now I am trying to enter data but the update is preventing me from doing so.

    Update: almost 12 hours later and I am still getting the update in progress message.

  • Treatment save bugs

    Since the latest update, the ‘save changes’ and ‘confirm an submit’ buttons don’t seem to register when clicked. Most of the time, it takes four or five tries of backing out and going back in to get it to save. I’ve gone so far as to have to delete the treatment data and reenter it altogether in order to make it work.

  • Failure to Launch

    Once the app is closed and I try to enter my vitals it’s difficult for the app to launch. I have to make several attempts before it work. Especially with the facial ID. To add , when the app is working and I go to save my vitals, it will not allow me. It either freezes or says enter the correct information into the fields. Also the key board when entering your total UF goes from numbers to a full keyboard. I have days of vitals that needs to be entered asap. PLEASE HELP
