Hard to use
Not a fan, my team had been using Telegram it’s so much more user friendly and easier to find people. I have literally approved teammates access to Cureatr and can’t find them when I search for them. This platform needs some major updates/upgrades it shouldn’t be this hard to useVery good app for defined setting, could use a few feature adds
Very good for communicating with facility staff. Nice function of being able to assign coverage docs and availability. Very nice feature of being able to add people to conversation.
However, needs a search function, as well as mark message as “unread” function.Developer Response

We are sorry you are having issues with our app. Cureatr has made a few updates recently to the log in process that make it easier for you to get in and start using the app. If you download the new version (3.0), you can establish face or touch-ID as your password to quickly log back in if you sign out. Needs a search option to look up patients. Very frustrating to have to scroll and scroll to find a patient.
