DO NOT USE: Will Not Refund Excess Funds
We used this for a LIV event in Mexico. At the completion of the event we initiated a refund 3 months later we are still waiting for our 105 dollar refund.
Support has been absolutely awful to work with. Their customer service team has ignored questions and deflected back to the event organizers. This has simply been the worst 3rd party interactions my wife and I have ever had.
We would report them to the BBB bureau but we cannot. We are looking into our bank to file a fraudulent charge as they will

Nosotros somos el sistema que se encarga del cashless®. Las políticas de devolución de saldo son establecidas por los mismos organizadores, por lo que mycashless no tiene la facultad de realizar reembolsos, unicamente es el canal para aceptar solicitudes.
