More Cons than Pros for me
I’ve placed three orders with this company. I didn’t have any issues with the first one. The second one was split into two shipments. I never received notification of this and had to contact them to see where my item was. My third order was the worst. I emailed a few days after ordering to get an idea of processing time. I received an response of 5-7 business days for in stock items. Okay, no problem. A week went by after that with no update. I emailed again and got the same response. I asked if the items were in stock just to get an idea of how long the wait would be. A few hours later I had an email saying my order has shipped followed by an email saying they shipped the order. Getting the same auto response twice came off as though they didn’t really seem to care enough to look into my order and only sent it when I started to question more. I will say they do have a lot of wonderful items and I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from them but their customer service seems to be lacking.Ridiculous long wait for products to even ship!
I placed an order on January 5th. It’s is now almost April and my order still has not even shipped. I understand that one of my items was a pre order, but it was expected to arrive in January. This is ridiculous as everytime I attempt to contact the company they give me the same automated answer. It doesn’t help that they do not have a phone number, so it’s difficult to resolve issues that come up in your order.Have been receiving my backpacks bent
My mom placed her first order with Pink A La Mode and she ordered me a backpack for my birthday and mine came in bent from the top. I placed an order as well and I received my maleficent backpack bent from the sides. I really love the backpacks they are beautiful and the prices are amazing. But, I don’t like that I am receiving my backpacks bent. The boxes are in great condition, I hope this issue can be resolved because I enjoy shopping with you all.
