It hard to reset password and delete account
I stop using the app because I really didn’t like it like most messenger apps so I wanted to delete my account and I forgot my password so it hard to reset password when you forget your password I am very disappointed I want to delete my account but I can’tBlueFrog8117

Sight not working
Everything was pretty much fine until July 10, 2023.
Most sites I follow are not showing up on my safe chat when I click my home button. One is showing up but with a link to click to get the pictures and story whereas on July 9 the pictures and stories were there. As of July 10, just a link to click. This is the only site I follow that is showing up at all. I feel certain that other sites I follow are posting to safe chat but I’m not receiving them. Have done many things to try and fix - singling off and restarting g my device as well an removing SafeChat and reinstalling to no avail.Show lessSunnyJE

Enjoy most of the content however while trying to download load a page, a popup wanting access to photos appeared! There is no way to exit this popup; I couldn’t exit the app! I tried to reboot my iPhone but that didn’t work either! I had to hold the reboot until the the emergency services feature came up! Please fix this!Show lesstopmack
