Meh…MyChart was better
MyChart ran much better, had a better interface, and meant I could have all of my care team in one place. EPIC knows what they are doing and Christ decided to spend money to “fix” something that was nowhere near broken. As a patient that pays bills, I don’t love this use of resources.
That being said, I appreciate being able to schedule on the app and nothing functions poorly. I do wish I didn’t have to scroll down when writing a message in order to send it - especially because the cancel and send buttons are opposite of MyChart so I find myself accidentally cancelling more than I’d like.
It’s not terrible and it’s not fantastic.

Miss MyChart
I would have liked to keep “my chart” since all the networks locally use it. It keeps medical information on one platform. Very hard for elderly to navigate multiple platforms. I also keep getting text notifications that I have messages and none are found in the app.
Could be confusing for some
I enjoy many of the conveniences of the app for both physician and patient, but my elderly parents are moving to our area soon and I believe this app will be too confusing for them to use.
Crap…
Took a week to learn that This app doesn’t report test results that are supposed to be on your account, but there’s actually nothing linked there. No tech support available- “Just call your doctor”. Obviously no one cares enough about patients anxiety waiting for test results. Go to another hospital that cares.

Pharmacy refills IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!’
I can’t figure out how to get Rx refills. New app stinks
Always Room for Improvement
I never rate Five stars as there are Always Improvements Needed
The first to to interface this system with your text messaging system so that the patients do not receive duplicate and repeated messages reminding them to use E-Check In once the patient has already completed the procedure
Thank you

Christ Hospital Review
Everyone is helpful and kind.
Nice to have
I use this all the time for family appts, health care, medicine list, messages, pay the bill, the app will post the appt to your calender on you phone, save time putting all the info in manual. The only thing I wish is they would put the time on the event like medicine given, test run, what ever they have done and if I pull a page down to have it update it just keeps spinning so you will be better to go out and back in again to have it update the event being done for medical care. But this is a good app to have we use it for the family.

Needs better navigation features
Needs user interface design work. Some features will close the app or do not work as intended. Others are missing like being able to tap a provider phone number and have it dial.
Cons outweigh Pros
The app itself it fine but it’s not linked as well as just using MyChart. Have to jump out to use an entirely different application that’s just repurposed MyChart. I guess I just don’t see the point.
