Trouble
Lately the app closes unexpectedly. And one has to restart from the beginning.
Also there is no new Daily, what comes up is a finished puzzle.
There has also been a few times when the puzzle I select appears with all the squares grey. I have to “unstitch” all squares to play.

2 problems
1. I’m tired of being prompted with ads every time I exit a picture or choose to not triple a prize I get for coloring 20% of an image.
2. I scroll down the “All” tab, but the app literally crashes every time I scroll far down enough, not letting me see the rest of the pictures.

Help me
I am having trouble opening the cross stitch game and can not reach support. Don’t know who I can contact now to get help with this problem. I loved coloring on the app but now I can not. Nothing works
1. I click on a picture and watch the ad but cannot close the ad, the “X” does nothing. I have to keep closing the app after each ad.
2. The import doesn’t work to take a photo or import a photo from my device. It just locks up.
3. I clicked the gear icon to contact support and again it locks up and won’t let me email your support.

Stretched photos
When I go to import a photo some of them are still stretched and distorted the only one that was normal so far is a fox one otherwise it’s not how the original picture looked also the mystery photos when I know what the photo was already why is it question marked?
Boring.
Boring, it’s takes forever, and I would much rather do it in real life. However I will say I find it neat on the amount of pictures there are. But I do have one more complaint and or suggestion: I personally think the shield should be a given, instead of a power up, that was partly what made it so boring for me. Thanks for listening, and I really do hope I get a response!

Could be better
It is a good app but there are some major issues the first one is that it will delete you pictures that you have don and then you have to do them all over again the second issue is that now some of the pictures cost money the final issue is the amount of ads there are so many that the game becomes not enjoyable please fix the issues it would make the game much better

Things I found annoying
I do like this game but there are two points that really annoyed me.
1. In my opinion, there are too many ads. I do not like the fact that you have to watch an ad to get into a puzzle.
2. This may be a problem with just my device, but whenever I click on a new letter/number the screen moves to go to the closest group of that number. I personally find that really annoying because I do the picture in groups and in there i switch the colors quite often and a lot of times it took me out of my group to go and color somewhere else.
Otherwise I think it is a pretty good game but that really bugged me

Crash
This was my fave app but since yesterday it won’t open and keeps crashing. Fix this please! I’ve paid for it and would love to be able to play it
