This has become totally pointless and I have been in contact with your official support team
I have been cut off from even messaging you because of the situation and the fact that I believe that unnamed company does want me exposing the truth about what is going on because even after this update my entire vpn had been totally disconnected and I’ve been having to repeatedly go back and check that it’s actually turned on and this is the second our third time I’ve purchased this product and I don’t want to have to type this out again for the second or third time and get cut off but I honestly believe that they are all using some sort of new technology to stop any of this working correctly and they wouldn’t even refund my money and I am seriously considering ending everythingShow lessDon’t force me to answer “Do I like your app”
I just want to connect to the VPN. Instead, I got an in-app pop-up asking “Do you like Bitdefender VPN” with no clear means of bypassing a Yes/No answer, along with encouragement to leave a review. Well, you got your review. I don’t want to be forced to answer your survey question before I can connect. Who green-lighted that approach? It’s funny. I kinda’ feel generally favorable toward Bitdefender. Don’t do this stupidity and I’ll probably go back to feeling that way.Show lessYou’re so close
The only thing that really bothers me, is that there isn’t an option to automatically disable vpn on certain wifi.
