Disappointed
Same issue as everyone else. After updating the app, I cannot get my password to work and there seems to be no way to receive a link to create a new one. Feels like a scam and now my camera is no longer useable.SalbieSue

Not sure what they did but the app literally feels like a phishing attempt to steal every possible password I could think of to try and get this thing working again!! Garbage! my camera is now unusable and nothing more than a paperweight! The app is horrible! Please someone tell them to Spell Check and use simple English Grammer! It’s put together so bad I somehow now feel like I’ve been scammed.. this thing use to work, but now there’s Zero options to ever use it again! All because the super secure default password (hint it’s literally 123, and it’s written in the bottom of the camera) is now the Wrong password! Ironically I have NEVER changed the password! Why would I? It’s caused me enough frustration that I’m leaving this review.. IF YOUVE BOUGHT A CAMERA THAT USES THIS APP, RETURN IT IMMEDIATELY! Spare yourself the cussing and confusion (and spare yourself from being hacked) by staying away!! My GF literally just found out that someone’s been loading up $3k worth of stuff in a shopping basket online, and she was trying to connect the camera with the app for the first time earlier today! I get mostly through set up but it says timed out. Oddly the old version works but only when I’m home and don’t need it.Evers56

I loved these cameras for over 4 years. We have 8 cameras but now since the new update you can no longer purchase the recording l and they always freeze. Absolutely no help to get these problems fixedscottyrmartin

I’ve used these cameras for 2 years with little issue. The new app is completely unusable, I cannot register as they want a verification code that they have no way of sending. My 2 cameras are now paper weights. Do not buy from this company.kphelps211

Cannot connect to camera
Since the new app I have tried multiple times to connect my camera with no success. I reset the camera and now all it says is “please use mobile phone for wifi configuration”. QR code won’t scan, sound wave does nothing except make an awful sound. Complete garbage.bbiese
Absolute garbage
I used to love this app but since moving, I needed to reset my camera. This app has updated and is now unusable. I can’t even enter my wifi name to connect to it, the app just doesn’t let me click it. It’s so bad, save your money and don’t buy any of this companies cameras!000002345
