App needs work!
I constantly have issues with this app. When I pull up my paycheck history and open a paystub the screen goes white and won’t let you go back only reload and pulls up the paystub you are trying to get out of. My employees have issues clocking in and out all the time it always says they are out of rage to clock in or out. Thats just a few things wrong and there are definitely more! Very irritating, you need to fire whoever helped you develop the app and find someone who knows what they are doing. I have had several different payroll programs in the past and this is the worst one by far! It’s not user friendly at all.

Great for on the go
Makes it so easy to submit PTO, look at my schedule, or approve my time. I’ve also used it to send a quick question to my HR dept or to download paystubs and W2s when I needed to refinance my home. Super easy to use and understand.

Helpful and Great Features!
I LOVE this app! It makes logging in to Netchex super simple and making updates or changes a breeze. They come out with cool new features often, so there is always some great new things! Two thumbs up!

Seems like 1.1 set you back in the past. There’s no way go back to previous screen on a lot of the areas. If you clock in/out, you have to exit and close app to go back to look at your dashboard. When you view a paystub, you are stuck. It takes you to a white screen, then you have to exit and close the app to go back to your dashboard. 25% of the time, when using the “punch in/out” login button, it will not clock you in/out. So, you have to go in to full app dashboard and get stuck in the clock in/out screen to clock in/out.

Update
I did the IOS17 update on my phone now when I go to clock in anything you click on the app shuts down completely it was working great until I did the update never had a problem in the year I have been using it.
Terrible
This is one of the least user friendly apps I have used. It is so poorly designed that I am surprised Apple let it into the app store. The website is not much better. There are times when elements are either missing or not loaded which causes a situation where you have to log out because you cannot leave the current page. The number of clicks you have to make to successfully navigate the page is ridiculous. The only reason I give it two stars instead of one is because nobody has missed a paycheck yet.

Frustrating App
The desktop version isn’t so bad, but the mobile app is a headache. Most of the time it won’t let you sign in, but when you do get in, you get very limited accessibility. It seems like most of the functions you need outside of punching in and out is better managed from a desktop.
I was late to work trying to sign in for 20 minutes before I gave up and asked HR to punch in for me. This is a regular issue.

Don’t recommend this company.
Can’t update my personal info, it says it updated my info, but it doesn’t. Also takes a long time to clock in and out, sometimes not loading or ignoring it and sending me an email everyday “missed time punch” for a week.
Terrible slow app
Would not recommend this app, takes forever to load into it, sometimes doesn’t record hours, just bad in general
