This app is horribly amateur looking in appearance and functionality. It’s designed in a way that makes it seem like they got someone who just decided that they wanted to try designing apps last week. I find myself having to tap my selections multiple times because the menu button or other function buttons are built outside of the frame for a phone. There is no apparent way to get any of your card information from the app. There is no way to get a virtual card, in an age where everything is tap to pay. This whole app seems to be a glaring example of how behind Hancock/Whitney, New Orleans and Louisiana businesses are when compared to the rest of the world.
