  • Doesn’t work.

    The new app doesn’t recognize any of my account information, so now I have no access to the new app or the old app. I guess it’s back to the dark ages of driving to an ATM to see how much money I have in the bank. This is absolutely terrible. Also, can’t get anyone on the phone to address the issue. Maybe I’m the only customer having an issue, but I highly doubt it. Beyond disappointing!
  • Why must you keep switching

    Every time this bank switches their apps I always get locked out of my account even though I’m typing in the right bank credentials I’m switching banks after this it’s getting ridiculous just stick with one app quit switching to anyone that’s having this problem you will have to go to the bank to fix it in person this has happened to me 3 times before each time was because they did a new to do banking on
  • Terrible don’t use this bank. Please stay away

    It takes a week to deposit a check and pull it out to move to another account. It takes minimum 24 - 36 hours to deposit if your lucky. Then moving to a Schwab account another 24 to 36 hour working day time. If the check doesn’t go through you better check your email because the app says it went through. The message on your account says it went through. The only way you know the mobile deposit didn’t go through is an email. Remember it takes two days to hit the account so you better hold on to your deposited checks a week before you void them out.
