The app has yet to populate tracking my solar that has been on for three weeks. They guarantee a certain amount of production, but there is no way to see it, because the app is not showing it.
When you try and contact “chat” help, they respond, then close the conversation because you don’t answer when they reply to your questions. It can take all day to get a reply, but then they close if your not immediately answering.
I just want the app to show me my system as advertised.
