Don’t bother, absolute scammers, customer service abysmal. Lock you into massive contracts without mentioning VAT. Hopefully enough complaints to citizens advise will close these clowns downWizzneck
Very poor app, same as customer service . Avoid
The app does nothing at all, it refuses to let me view or manage any aspects of our multiple lines. Can’t view invoices, spending caps, manage billings - nothing.
When trying to fix this, or anything, through customer service, the experience is actually worse.Greg-Oh

I’ve just been charged £1300 for my phone being on in the Caribbean for a few days . I made a couple of calls on WiFi and that was it but their data usage costs are absolutely outrageous!!!
A disgusting company … stay away from them … lots of hidden charges and basically a scam .
I cannot wait to finish the contract and leave .

Bunch of idiots and scam
This people are just scam first time in my life will hear when you are not using your phone and connected to home Wi-Fi or office Wi-Fi that your data will be on. In 2 days was told my data is finished when I have been using my office Wi-Fi and home Wi-Fi. What a scam please and please avoid this company at all cost.
