Hello, thank you for leaving us feedback. Here are some tips for resolving the login issue: 1. Make sure to select the same method you used to create the account on NJL. 2. If you remember the email used but not the password, you can reset your password at the following link: https://app.notjustanalytics.com/sign-in#reset. 3. If you see an error message after selecting Facebook as your access method: this is a Meta issue that can occur, unfortunately, we cannot intervene in any way in dynamics that do not depend on NJL. Hoping you were able to log in without any problems, we advise you to try several times when this bug occurs, or use email as an alternative to the "Login with Facebook" method. To do this, follow these steps: enter your Facebook email at the following link and set a password once you receive the email: https://app.notjustanalytics.com/sign-in#reset. Once done, remember that in the future you will need to select "Login with Email" as your login method.
