Manage policy
Every time I try to “manage policy” it says to make a payment to make account current. I literally just paid it last week so there’s no reason it should say that. Please allow policy management through the app. I do not want to sit on hold to add a vehicle or have to go to a physical locationnicotowsrus

I attempted 3 times to pay: Once with a debit card, once with my credit card, and once with ACH checking. Every time the Go Auto Server error message read: Number is invalid for the Bank NamedCanIGetSomeService
