Worst app - period
Has never worked well since I’ve had it (4 months).
Can’t make policy changes, can’t add people to policy, can’t contact support, and now I can’t even make a payment because of “server error” — basically the app is totally useless.
Will be switching insurance solely because of this app 👍the BetterKid

I bought the policy online and then I tried to download the app on my phone and it would not let me download giving me an error unable to downloadlala0173

Worst app ever
This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. It keeps bringing up an old policy, won’t update it to the new one and keeps telling me my usernames and passwords are wrong when I have them written down!! I know for a fact they’re right!!! They need to just scrap the app and start all over with a developer that know what they’re doing.Show lessgamergodess

I have had nothing but problems whenever I try to make a payment online.. it always happens when it’s the last day to make a payment.. when I try to change my password it tells me my information is not correct 🤷🏽♀️need new insurance
