Worst app - period
Has never worked well since I’ve had it (4 months).
Can’t make policy changes, can’t add people to policy, can’t contact support, and now I can’t even make a payment because of “server error” — basically the app is totally useless.
Will be switching insurance solely because of this app 👍I just bought the policy and now it won’t let me download the app smh
I bought the policy online and then I tried to download the app on my phone and it would not let me download giving me an error unable to downloadFIX APP
This app lags entirely too much. You guys need to do something you can’t do anything in this app never provides information always airs please fixLogin issues

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. It keeps bringing up an old policy, won’t update it to the new one and keeps telling me my usernames and passwords are wrong when I have them written down!! I know for a fact they’re right!!! They need to just scrap the app and start all over with a developer that know what they’re doing.Show lessIUnhappy customer
I have had nothing but problems whenever I try to make a payment online.. it always happens when it’s the last day to make a payment.. when I try to change my password it tells me my information is not correct 🤷🏽♀️Developer Response
