This app used to be fabulous. We can no longer browse for products. You cannot shop for holiday items or body items or anything beyond oils. Unless you want to type the name in the search bar. What is the point of this app now? It’s terrible. Especially since we used to be able to use the app to shop all the products. You force me into using the web which I feel is less secure. Much disappointment. Please fix this.

If it ain’t broke….
This used to be an amazing app. But now is so frustrating when trying to find products. I only use the app when purchasing. The “Browse All Products” link once allowed you to actually browse products categorized into their own link. I don’t want to scroll through 100 items when trying to explore new releases. Please change the app back to having useful links that take you to bath and hair products, supplements, limited time, and so on. Please stop telling people to email you for more information and just make the changes we’re all clearly requesting that makes it easy for your customers to shop. Thank you

Terrible app for doing what the name suggests…SHOP
Terrible app if you want t actually shop. Not sure what happened to the review I wrote a month ago. Maybe they didn’t like it and deleted it??? Anyway, it’s impossible to find anything. It isn’t well organized or categorized. There was a time too (a few months back) when a video ad popped up repeatedly while trying to search for products. Highly irritating. That seems to happen less frequently now.
I don’t find it easy to know what new products are available. Products that I may be interested in trying. Truthfully, for the price we all pay for the products (I place an order monthly) I feel like some of that should be used to improve your app. Please helps us ALL out and improve the shopping experience. That’s one way to show us that you appreciate our business.

Changes are terrible
Why have you taken away the way we use to shop? I can’t find anything based off of what “system” it’s under. Where is shampoo? What system is that under? Correct x? I can only shop by name so I only buy exactly what I know. Please go back to the old way of shopping through products, this is so user UNFRIENDLY. I LOVE doterra and I love browsing through the products, this new way is horrible!

What Happened?
Every month it seems the app updates are getting worse and worse, not sure if this for only Apple users but I feel like I’m in the stone age with all these horrible updates. They got rid of all the buttons to go shopping with, you have to type in for skin care, hair care, new products, products on sale it’s so not user friendly especially if you don’t know what your looking for and want to look around it ain’t possible. And now this latest update doesn’t allow you to pay with account credit, ever since my checks haven’t been getting sent to me I’ve been just using my account credit to get my products, just went to check out and at the top of the screen there is a toggle to let you use your account credit on and off before it was a button under the payment card that you would check. Any who I toggled the new switch on went to check out and it’s still not using my account credit 🤔. If they don’t get this app fixed, it will be the push I need to get off I’ve been with doTERRA for 13 long years and this is disappointing to say the least.

So much potential
This app has had a number of updates but sadly seems to be going backward rather than forward. It’s very difficult to find products. There’s no link to find haircare, the facial line, supplements…etc. So instead of ranting I’d like to make a helpful suggestion that would make this app user friendly especially for those who are new to using it. There are quicks link for respiratory, musculoskeletal, nervous, integumentary, digestion…. Add links on the same page for “skincare, spa, hair care or simply body care”; “nutritional supplements”; “cleaning products”. I think you understand. I have the most recent update and it will take me more time than I have to brows the website for what I’m looking for. The “”Brows All Products” link used to have a link for everything including new products and special offers. Please make it easier to find things. Thank you.

Categories are awful
Preset categories are awful (ie, no home cleaning, etc.). Browsing is difficult. Basically you have to know what you’re looking for. I like that I can manage my monthly order on it but even that’s difficult. Why do I have to log into my account every time I open the app? Annoying. No other shopping apps I use require that hassle. Y’all have enough money to pay professionals to develop a decent app so LFG.

Bring back “Shop All”
A few months ago, an update was made which removed the ability to see ALL products. I feel like I am missing out on a lot of things I would potentially be interested in purchasing, because I don’t know it’s there and/or don’t know the name of it to do a search (particularly new or limited time items). I’ve been a Doterra user and advocate for years, so I can only imagine how new users are feeling.

Easy to Use, Informative
I’ve been using this app for years and it makes my life so much easier! I can find all the info I need, easily edit my monthly order, and quickly make personalized links to the products I want to share. The app is so easy, and they keep improving it. Thank you!! 😍❤️🎉

Can’t find products
This app is ridiculous if you want to find products other than an essential oil. I like to also buy face and body products, cleaning products but you cannot find them anymore unless you know the name. Why would you make it so hard to find a product? I like making my loyalty orders on my phone so this app is pretty much garbage now.
