App Still Broken
I’m disappointed that the recent update ruined this app a little more. Now one cannot search for items to ‘add’ them to an existing LRP order, only if creating a new one.
If you are editing an ‘existing’ order, you can only search for Essential Oils (also by type: Single or Blends) or the body system (which is severely limited to “most popular” items. There’s no option add diffusers, or skincare, or new items, or limited time. I don’t like using browsers to make orders, I feel apps are more secure and personal.
There are many flaws in the app platform and with the managing of LRP orders, but this is way worse!
Please fix this. DoTerra is an Essential part of my life and this is terrible.Show lessMs.Kathryn
Phone gets HOT
I love the app, and the ability to change the loyalty order in the fly…. But man, my phone gets super hot while using the app. It’s concerning actually. I consistently look for updates to see if there is a fix, but I can’t seem to find if this is an issue for just me or others. To clarify, none of my other apps do this… only the Doterra app. It takes ages to load and get gets my phone smoking hot while in use.Show lessATS HS
Shop All has Disappeared
UPDATE: I am upping my rating because THANK YOU for bringing back the Browse All Products feature!!! It really does make using this application a more pleasant experience. I use the iPhone app frequently. Good update!!!

Please make the app what it used to be- super user friendly, ability to Shop All, the LRP stayed secure as left the last time logged in…all of these features have disappeared. Are these being addressed? Thanks.Show lessdancing essentials

No option to shop all products. Why? Now I can’t use the app and have to go online to do my Monthly order. **update search all products is back!! Back to loving the app! 😃Hjmadsen

No way to browse
I would have previously gave this a 5⭐️ review. When I want to look through the products I can’t. I have to type a product in the search. This REALLY bummed me out when the Sunscreen line came out because I missed some of the products as I couldn’t see the NEW stuff. The app is no longer the easy way. In fact I help many of my team when placing their orders to be able to get the most out of their money and points. This has got to change sooner rather than later. I hope this can go back to the old way. Bug fixes should not get rid of valuable pieces. Please fix as soon as possible otherwise the app is non-functional and ends up being no usable.Show lessSpankysKitten

The browse all function was the best part of this app. It’s difficult to find products now without knowing exactly what you’re looking for. Sometimes I like to browse the different categories and see what my options are but this updated app doesn’t make that possible. I like the idea of using the app over the website but for now the website is the better option. Please bring back browse all.Show lessrene5300
Was amazing…until Shop All disappeared
I loved using this app on my iPhone every time I shopped and updated my LRP. But now it’s impossible to see ALL the shopping categories other than single oils, blends and body systems. It really has taken an amazing app and rendered it almost pointless, as now I have to go to my computer to shop like I would like too. Please fix this ASAP and make it amazing again!! Use to be great but not anymore
