Slow, slower, slowest!
I could clean my entire house in the time it takes for this app to launch and allow me to sign in. I got the app because you made me think it would be quicker than the website. They are both HORRIBLE! It’s a darned good thing I love these oils and they work a heck of a lot better than your online services! This is THE SLOWEST of any online service I’ve ever encountered... and it never seems to improve. Maybe 2021 will see an upgrade in your technology and/or web servers? I’m praying. (Meanwhile, 10 minutes later, I’m still waiting to get into the app.)Show lessZ Non-Writer

The app is OK. The app is a little slow in loading at first. But the problem I have is once I add items to my shopping cart, and if I close out the app, switch to another app, or lock my phone and come back to the app, the items I had in the shopping cart are now gone and I have to reload them all back in. I was excited the day I found out about this app. It has never functioned. It is very annoying, disappointing and words I am not allowed to write. They claim as of December 2020 that they fixed a bug that didn’t allow customers to log in. Well guess what 6 months after the app launched I still can log in to this p.o.sShow lesstjboxers
Won’t turn horizontally on ipad.

Literally! After the last update, app keeps telling me it needs to update and will crash! Before that it was really good and made ordering so easy. Please fix this!Empress 8
Needs work!
The app is great when it works, but currently when I try to sign in, the app tells me I need to update which I have already done. I’ve tried restarting my phone, opening from the App Store and nothing works! I was really happy about the convenience of this app for updating my LRP order but no more. Please fix!Show lessJZippyV

Disappointing
It is disappointing that the app is not avaible for other countries than US and Canada. It is supposed to be developed by Doterra International.SJPNTJ
