Disappointed in shipping box
The package arrived yesterday while I was not home and my daughter got home before me and saw the package on the porch. This was one of her bigger Christmas gifts and it said “The Beachwaver” all over the box!! So she already knows that she is getting it for Christmas. I wish Beachwaver would send the packages in a more discreet box especially, knowing that Christmas is coming and it’s more than likely a gift for someone!! Very disappointing!LisaSULAK
I love the app but….
I love the convenience of the app and I definitely am loving their products! My only complaint is that if I click on a link in a text they’ve sent me it will pull the web browser versus the app. Which would be fine if the app and browser worked simultaneously. They don’t link up and I have to start over in the app. Otherwise, I love how convenient and easy it is to navigate and I haven’t had any technical errors since I started using this app.99millie88molly
