I really do love this app. However, I’ve ran into a problem that I’m not getting ANY help with & it’s really ruining the entire experience for me. I’ve had this app for awhile, so I’ve accumulated over $100 worth of credits towards purchases, not to mention invites I’ve sent out to my daughters that they’ve accepted, but I can’t make a purchase because I have a different phone number from the one I had when I first got the app. I was told basically oh well, make a new account. So all the credits I’ve accumulated are just out the window. These seems like a very simple thing to be fixed, and I’m having trouble believing that in 2024, there is NO WAY to update your phone number and/or shipping addresses. I have the same email, same password, but my account is now worthless because I got a new number over a year & a half ago?? There HAS to be some type of way to at least transfer these credits to a new account or SOMETHING. This also worries me about even using this app in the future, or making purchases & reviews if the policies & infrastructure behind the app are so fragile & out of date that you could lose everything you worked for over something as silly as having to change your phone number because someone was stalking you. If I could get ANYONE to answer me & help me, I’ll gladly change this rating & review.
