Serious UX problems
The user experience is not intuitive. It’s not clear how to track activity as it’s completed. The videos are barely useful and there is not enough written or verbal instruction. Instead the audio is just pointless music which seems totally distracting. After updating iOS, I could not use the app as I was unable to get past the check in process which itself was unreadable. As a result I could not even access Help. No choice but to cancel and delete.Show lessInnovationStudio

Rehabilitated my AC Joint after separation
I crashed my mountain bike and ended up with a minor AC joint separation in the shoulder. Don’t have great health insurance so needed an affordable option for rehab. This app provided a diagnostic tool and manageable amount of daily exercises. 1 month later now and I’m going for my first bike ride. Thanks!
