  • Helped my chronic knee pain with squatting

    I had been dealing with knee pain for about 8 months anytime I would squat below parallel. I tried a bunch of different treatment methods, positional modifications, and even took time off from squatting...nothing seemed to help. Then I found Renegade Rehab. The knee program gave easy to understand videos and short (10 min) daily exercises that resolved my knee pain in only about 2 weeks!! I still perform the exercises as part of my prehab routine and my overall balance and flexibility have also improved! I would definitely recommend this app to someone if they have any sort of musculoskeletal pain

  • Perfect for all kind of injuries.

    I just had to answer some questions at the beginning regarding my injuries and then I was given a very thorough plan. Plenty of high quality videos and an easy-to-follow plan. Highly recommended for both recent injuries and chronic injuries.

  • Gotta Nagging Pain? or Injury?

    I came across Renegade by sheer luck. I had developed a pretty serious shoulder injury, where I couldn’t raise my right arm above my head. As I contemplated my options (surgery, physical therapy etc.) the developer’s of Renegade reached out and offered me a solution. I subscribed to renegade with little to know expectations since my injury had been lingering for 6+ months. Once I filled out their survey and selected the shoulder rehab programming, I was on course for recovery. Thanks to Renegade and it’s easy to follow programming, I saved myself not only money but a lot of time if I would’ve gone the surgery route. Renegade allowed me to rehab my shoulder and get back into the gym, feeling like I had a healthy shoulder. I highly recommend downloading this app and doing their free 7 day trial. I’m still subscribed to their monthly subscription because I believe in their product and Incase of any further injuries or nagging pains I have their programming to count on. You won’t be disappointed!

  • My pain has gone

    I love this app, it helped me to not experience the pain anymore. I really had a a lot of pain on my back and my ankle but after using this app and learning the techniques I am pain free and I can work out with no problem. I recommend everyone to use this app. It will change your life.

  • Best at home rehab!

    Renegade rehab was easy to use from the comfort of my own home. It helped me with ankle pain and tightness from an old injury as well as maintaining good range of motion for other joints (especially tight wrists from computer use at work). Definitely worth using on a daily basis!
  • Goodbye nagging pains!

    I’ve had some nagging shoulder pain and a relatively new wrist injury that I’ve been struggling with. I’m so glad my friend told me about this app! Just started the 7-day free trial and I already love the questionnaires and videos of the exercises. Super helpful and I really like that the app tells you how much time you’ll need to get that day’s programming done. Makes it much easier to plan your day or squeeze in mobility/rehab when you’re pressed for time. Can’t wait to see my shoulder and wrist pains go away!

  • My shoulder pain is no more

    Excellent app with great clinical based evidence. I was surprised how easy it was to follow along and love that I can finally more my shoulder pain free. Easy complement to your day to day life
  • Wrist Rehab

    I was having pain in my wrist, but after following the programming by Renegade Rehab, I can say I have no wrist problems any more. The rehabilitation really works and is something I will use again if I’m ever in need of treating future aches and pains!
  • Ankle rehab - helped a lot!

    I sprained my ankle a while back and it hasn’t been the same since. I always had pain running and jumping as well as squatting. Got referred to this app by a friend and I’m really happy with it. Ankle is doing much better and pain has significantly decreased just in a month, allowing me to workout the way I’ve wanted. Def recommend 👍🏼
