Dead App
Apparently, this app is non-functioning.
It hasn’t had an update in two years. And just like all the other reviewers this app does not connect to my 2023 SE. I called the 800 number and I was told my motorcycle needs a dongle.
Holly Service said that isn’t true and The dongle already exists on the screaming Eagle road glide and the blue tooth helmets work fine.
What a shame.

Big Disappointment
Like many others here I was sold motorcycle with Harley’s top of the line stereo. Thousands of dollars spent and this app will not connect to get the most out of my investment. Harley Davidson has a reputation to uphold and should find a new audio partner if Rockford Fosgate isn’t going to match the quality.Show lessDbalent
Harley or Rockford coders incompetent?
I've read through the reviews because I too am trying to connect the expensive speakers to my bike and it's the same issue with the pin everyone else seems to be having. The same canned response from Rockford "please email us" blah blah blah. Hey Rockford, if you're reading these reviews stop telling people to email you and answer with a solution so that other riders can troubleshoot on their own without having to call Harley or Rockford and talk to a tech that doesn't know what they're doing. Does not work
I have a 2024 road glide with Rockford Fosgate stage 2 amp and speakers with the skyline OS, when I try to connect this app to my bike it just searches and doesn’t find my bike, waste of timeGerolamoJames

Terrible app, don’t waste your time. When I installed a stage 2 Rockford amp and speakers on my 23 RG it would not link up or even allow any sound. I was forced to take it to the dealer and pay for a flash. I just added the bag speakers tonight and guess what.. nothing works! no sound! So I get to pay for another flash because this worthless app won’t do what it’s designed for!!Show lessVishouscycle

It works just fine. Simple adjustments but needs to be able to switch to Fahrenheit for users that don’t typically us Celsius.Me!!!!!!1242

There is nothing more frustrating than being convinced to upgrade my Harley system to the latest and greatest sound system, “and it has an app that lets you adjust your speaker sound”. A couple of thousand dollars later and the app downloaded it connected once. Now it keeps telling me it can’t connect. Doesn’t ask for a pin. I reloaded the app. Now it can’t find my bike. Very frustrating. If I had to do it all over again I would pass. I shouldn’t need a cheap app to make my system sound good.Show lessLarpart1

Doesn’t consistently connect to my amplifier. I can manually connect it and it will loose the connection. Will sometimes randomly connect and disconnect. Very frustrating. Paid a lot of money for a motorcycle and sound system doesn’t work without this app. The only way to hear the sound consistently is to try to raise and lower the volume with my phone’s volume buttons which can be hard to do.Show lessHD Jim C
