Won’t Connect to dongle
I installed the primary amp, the rear speakers had it flashed but won’t find the dongle. Not sure whacking on there is almost no support I could find. I’ll change this review if I am wrong .Rock1425
Doesn’t work either !!
Tried to connect with and without Bluetooth, wired unwired I have a 2022 RGS with Rockford fosgate stage 2 … Doesn’t work at all !! Complete garbage app what’s the sense to download it ! Not reliable app…L'soldat

If you keep having to input your pin over and over and it won’t let you into the app itself. I tried resetting the pin and no luck. I talked with Rockford and Harley. A person from Rockford that didn’t even work in the department that developed the app or the system finally helped me out and we troubleshooted and he finally said he thought it was a hardware issue. I finally took it to my Harley shop and they were also stumped on why we couldn’t get into the app when using the pin. We finally just tried a new Bluetooth dongle and it worked like a charm. Apparently the dongle went bad. Tech support needs to be more accessible when these problems occur. Still to this day Rockford and Harley were unable to direct me in the right direction to get some help. So I want to say thank you to the Rockford employee that took the time to help me out and he doesn’t even have anything to do with the development of this system and app.Show lessSupport please!!!

New 2022 RGS with Rockford system, will not connect/find my bike. Tried connecting via USB, no go, tried Bluetooth, no go. Removed my phone from my bike (bluetooth) and tried wired and bluetooth again…no go. Never finds the bike, doesn't matter if connected bluetooth or wired usb. Just delete/don’t bother with download, complete garbage app…Harley don’t associate with this junk it hurts your brand.Show lessDogbone00

Biggest piece of crap ever. Can’t get the thing to connect, double and triple checked my wire connections and still no Bluetooth connection.nas_tea_nate

Won’t connect same problem. And yes I have Stage 2 Rockford kit installed by Harley Davidson and it still has connection problems. Will connect them disconnect immediately.tonygreeneyes
