Tedious and no response to messages
You can’t download the forms that need to be signed and returned by post. Nobody responds to messages in the app so you have to phone them to get them to post the forms to you.
The process of filling in the forms is tedious on an app and takes too much time.

Poor App and poor service provided
App todos notifications are confusing, progress is unclear - this with poor case management causes significant and unnecessary delays. Avoid this App and firm where they are affiliated. Use the one you know or research- plenty of good alternatives out there.
Notifications don’t work
Notifications are enabled but I never get notified of any updates. I have to keep manually checking/ emailing the team for updates
Not suitable for property purchase
At the beginning the app works quite well to get the ball rolling, but once you are receiving lots of lengthy documents (about the biggest purchase you’ll ever make) you really don’t want to do that on your phone. There is also no easy way of forwarding messages with various attachments to your email address. So you have to ring the firm and ask them to forward you the whole message by email. It makes it very hard to keep track of which documents you have seen. Why not just do everything by email as the default, and also send via the app if people really want it?

Marginally better than sending emails costs £42
Stupid fee for using. Got my final invoice which had a charge for “Administration of your digital journey” £35 + £7 vat. So total for using app is £42. App works fine and it does make it easy to provide documents, only slightly easier than sending an email though. Not worth £42
basic functionality broken
There is no ability to download or print any of the documents that the solicitor has sent through the app. Completely useless
Difficult to complete on mobile
The app itself works fine and the idea of digital records and checking progress on the app is good but the actual process of completing the sales questionnaire forms on a mobile device is horrible and would be much easier on the web
Confusing and issues with downloading
The process schedule is a little confusing, updates are checked as complete but in my case they have not been EG; Mortgage offer and deeds sent to client.
A dated timeline would be really useful.
In addition docs that are sent via the APP are unable to be downloaded, only read. (I have to request these are sent via email).
On a plus side;
The initial online customer questionnaire worked.
There is a direct messaging tool to use if there are any queries, but I guess email would suffice?

Easy to use and making the process straightforward
So far the app seems to be very intuitive and easy to use to make the process smoother, notifications when new documents uploaded and much easier than filling out paper forms
