    So glad you're enjoying it!
  • Hope there’s more in future

I want to be able to be invested in this app because I did support it on Kickstarter, but like there isn’t much to do and I have bad adhd so whenever I try to listen to the meditations I get very distracted. I can only focus for so long. I want to be able to interact more with the cat instead of just petting and feeding. I want to be able to buy toys and watch them play, or do exploring with them and find the things, or even when playing the games, add the cat in, like bonk the baddies, it would be awesome to have him in the game going over and whacking them like a cat does when you tap them. There’s so much you could do with this game but I feel like there isn’t enough to keep one invested for very long. I hope there will be more in future updates, because I really want to enjoy the game. So for now I’m giving it a 3 star because I have high hopes for it in the future.

  • Relaxing and Happy game.

I just stumbled upon this game at first and decided to try it out. Happy I did. It’s guided meditations have such a soothing voice, and the animal character is so adorable and growing the bond somehow bring lots of joy to me just seeing them start to trust me over time. The games are genuinely entertaining and I have ADHD so that something! It’s motivated me to start trying again, I know it sounds cringey in a way but I blocked bad friends, I took care of myself, I ate, I cleaned a bit of my room, and I went to bed before 2am when I usually fall sleep at 6am due to my anxiety. Strangely this game has helped me a lot though I have much more to work on, it’s helping somehow. So if your considering this game as someone with depression, anxiety, ptsd, and adhd I suggest it for you 100% No matter what your going through!! And if a developer is reading this, great game I love it! Sorry for the long message and have a good day everyone! 🌸

  • Crash

I absolutely love the idea of this app and how cute Amaru is but whenever I try to open the app it crashes like after a second so Im unable to play it. I really was excited to try this app out but I can’t. I don’t know if it’s to do with my phone or not but I hope I get to try this app out one day.
  • Love the game, two things though

I love the game so far and I don’t have many complaints about it but there’s only one or two things that I wish were different, not gonna be harsh or anything because I know the game is still a bit early on.

    1. And this is just personal preference but I wish we could choose what we get to call Amaru, it would add a bit more personal uniqueness to him but I do like the name Amaru!

    2. I was hoping you wouldn’t have to pay to unlock certain features, now to unlock collectibles I understand because not everything in the game can be free but having it for some of the other stuff I don’t understand.
I do agree with two other people I saw talk about this, I get that you guys need money but you’re going at it the wrong way especially since the audience you aim towards are mentally unwell.

Anyway that’s all I have to say but I love the game and I’m so happy it’s finally out

  • YES.

Scrolling though twitter and I see an ad for a cute virtual pet cat with wings. I said ‘say no more’ and immediately downloaded it. Was even more pleasantly surprised that it also helps with mental stuff like depression. The app is also just really well designed too, I like the sound and design and the noises when you press the buttons, I like the story and the little jokes ive found so far. It’s amazing actually.

As for the meditations(?), they are the first ones I’ve listened to that actually tell you how to breath properly (your stomach should rise), my singing teacher taught me that a long time ago but no medication mentions it.
Also the me-time music is very relaxing (although the bell sound was a bit loud and surprising).
So far it’s 10/10. I’m only on day 1 though, so we shall see, but so far I love this.

I did notice there’s a pay option but it does seem like I’d be able to not pay if I want to, with minigames where you can get the game currency. Yet to be seen though.

  • Really important game

I really hope this game continues to get support, because I would love to see more games like it. A lot of the anxiety and mindfulness games on the AppStore are bland and unthemed, but this art style at least gives me a reason to want to sit through mindfulness lessons, unlike other apps where you’re just listening to recordings

  • Thank you 💝

To preface: I’ve never left a review for an app before but this one really deserves it.

When I saw this app on a sponsored Instagram post I got pretty excited to see that there was a developing app that was centered around self help. I waited patiently for a few weeks until the app was finally open to download and I’ve been using it since ! It makes me feel just a little more important every day. The exercises and getting to know Amaru has helped me relax and keep my mind focused at the end of the day. It’s a beautiful thing you guys have created and I can’t wait to see how it develops over time. Thank you 💜 -Jules
