Simple and to the point - and free!
This guy is doing some great things for new investors, including providing this app for free. It’s a simple way to get a baseline for analyzing a property. Obviously there are more complicated calcs available but this is straightforward and provides a good gut check.Running_Man_Darren

I like the overall App. However, I wish there was a little more for financing. For instance, adding flip or brrrr options. It would be nice to see overall return once you calculate hard money lender details or even private lending details. It could be a little more accurate.RE Champ
Awesome app
I’m about to purchase my first rental property and using this to help look for deals was beneficial. Although I would like to be able to click on debt service and see all a list of debt/expenses on the return analysis page. Other than that, I like it. Thanks for the free tool.ClutchKing530

Complete garbage
I’m not sure where all of the positive reviews are coming from, I’m guessing they are paid by the “guru” that promotes this $&@&.
Layout is terrible, I couldn’t even see half the fields because they were outside of my screen.
There zero customization beyond the most simplistic analysis, which is not the case 99% of the time.
Oh, and You can’t even save any of the analysis you calculate, because it only allows you to do one at a time.
I’ve tried many similar apps on the App Store and they are all better than this garbage.Show lessNetus01
Solid app
Nice work Chandler! Only change I could foresee being useful in the future would be the ability to save numbers you have ran so you can pull them back up after you exit the app / if you are running multiple buildings at once you can hop back and forth. But that’s just nit picky.Lauriermans100
