There was one boba place close by me that accepted T-pass so it was great to use the app to order ahead of time. Unfortunately, that shop closed and the nearest boba shop that accepts T-pass is too far to go to. My issues are 1) I can’t access the funds in my virtual card, 2) I emailed them to cancel the subscription ahead of time to avoid the monthly fee but was still charged, and 3) horrible customer service.
I asked for a refund and the customer service rep basically told me it’s my fault I didn’t cancel the subscription even though I emailed them to cancel the subscription. At no point did anyone respond to my email and when I called the person texted me was so rude. They said they would look into refunding me but never did. Don’t use this place, they are in it for the money only.
