  • What even is UX design?

    Whoever has designed the app, the extension, or really any Simplii program (or icon) seems to be stuck in the early 2000’s. The UX is a nightmare and makes the app just plain bad to use.

    That might not be a problem if the app functioned better than it looks, but that’s sadly just not the case. I really hope they take some time and put some real effort or money into hiring more competent UX designers and app developers so their platform people pay to use can actually be used easily, effectively, and most importantly efficiently.
