Very awful app
The whole experience felt like a scam. I rang up the number found on Health Direct’s website. Someone rang me up and booked me for a Video consultation and sent me an SMS asking me to download the app. The guy said it’s bulk bill. The app was so badly designed that I can’t even fill up the form!! Some of the text field is red text on black, and sometimes it’s white text on white background.
To make it worst, all services costs money which is not what the phone operator told me. THIS WHOLE THING IS A SCAMMMMShow lessPCheah
Don’t waste your time
Booked an appointment via the website for a conference for my sick wife and 5 month old son. It was a Sunday so I was limited for choice and my wife needed Antibiotics for her chest infection. I booked at 9:24 am for a 10-11am appointment. I contacted them at 11:20, they replied saying that there was an emergency and I’ll get a call soon.
I never received a call.

Rude and worst doctor
My friend called for the medical certificate because she got sick due to booster shot. And i know she got sick for 5 days after the shot. She requested doctor to give the medical certificate but the doctor kept on saying that HE HAS NOT SEEN ANY PERSON GETTING SICK FOR MORE THAN 1-2 days and EVEN HE GOT SICK ONLY FOR 2 DAYS. Just because the doctor has not seen anybody get sick due to covid-19 vaccination does not mean that there are no other people getting sick because of it. This was the worst service.
