Life y’allfurious and scammed
Terrible response time
I referred my mother to this company and she ordered her product over a week ago and still has not received it, when she reached out to customer service, they told her they lost the order and they couldn’t find it but once they located the package, she was able to receive it only to open the watch band and it was defected. Now she is waiting on a response from customer service for a replacement van, but they keep going back-and-forth with just giving her a full refund as if she doesn’t still want the product. This app has made networking events fly by. When you add a new contact the app allows you to write a note about the event to help you remember the conversation and the person. Not only is it convenient to share contact info but the ability to share links to business websites enables growth for small businesses. Each person I’ve met has asked where I got my card because they’re impressed with the functionality.
The only reason why I don’t give 5 starts is the app will crash at times when you try to edit the contact information people have shared with you. Also when you add a contact from the app it will put both the first and last name in the “last name” box in contacts which can make finding that contact again more difficult.Show lessVersion1.1.1

Not a great first impression. Downloaded the app and so far it’s been very glitchy, clunky and keeps refusing to action tasks.
I have downloaded a few apps of this nature and the others have been seamless…. Kind of makes the decision for me reallygower1990
To my surprise!
I recently downloaded the Popl app and have been thoroughly impressed with its ease of use and functionality. Although I accidentally hit a wrong button, causing my link not to work, the customer care team was incredibly responsive and helpful. Initially, I thought I was speaking to a bot, but I soon realized I was communicating with a real person who genuinely cared about resolving my issue. The app now works perfectly, and I wholeheartedly recommend Popl to anyone seeking a convenient, user-friendly solution backed by a caring and attentive team. I discovered the Popl after watching a few viral videos of young hungry entrepreneurs going out and hustling to create a future for themselves. This sentiment alone really made me feel good about watching those videos. However, once I received my own, I was thoroughly impressed at how this business model has done such an amazing job innovating with the changing times. Not all tech is bad, and when you’ve got brilliant entrepreneurs that see the waves as they come, you DEFINITELY have a good thing going.
I have been in the business world since I was a child growing up in a wholesale import export company.
The applications for this product and business model is amazing. Definitely proud to be a brand ambassador for Popl.

I am very happy with this service. I have friends with other digital business cards and this one is the best for sure. The NFT items are key in the simplicity to share my contact card without my phone and I love the fact that the recipient can send me their contact info when they capture mine. (My favorite NFT item is my bracelet, and I may decide to get the Apple Watch band if the bracelet ends up being my go-to device.) One of the biggest perks is adding files to my contact card. I work in medical device sales and there are certain infographics that MDs, techs, and nurses are always asking for. Now they can have a quick link associated with me to reference it all! I have Popl Pro+ which is convenient when i want to share my personal info versus my professional card, so being able to toggle back and forth if needed is something I have been wanting.
