I was a very heavy user of this product for the first year. I was able to organize my contacts into groups. I encouraged my friends to use this product. However, over the past several months, the product has been downgraded. No longer able to subdivide my contacts into groups. There is a tag function for the contacts that does not work. Multiple attempts to contact the developers have been met with resistance from the company. The app is clearly broken to the point where it is unusable. This is unfortunate, because it was working very well until the new version came out. I don’t understand why they would downgrade their functionality. The ability to divide your contacts into groups was a key selling point for this app that is now gone.
