We've updated the contact detail page in the app to show recent calls, voicemails, and emails you have had with that contact!
I used to love the Linq platform as it allowed me to integrate with a lot of different other services and allow my brand to super see just the app, but in recent months, Linq has moved to having more and more of its services heavily intertwined with each other to force you to go with one of their plans Making it a hard cell for me to recommend this product for those other professional. You used to be able to click a button and take you to your actual phone number now Linq wants you to use their phone number which nobody I know has this phone number because I know my number making me have to take multiple extra steps to actually have my workflow work for me where this app is now starting to impede on my workflow because they want you to buy their subscription service to use their app. Itβs sad as the app use to be great.
