This is by far the best invoice app I have found it does exactly what I need it to do and the support is brilliant.
At last found something that does what I want it to do
After a year of research trial and error and a lot of wasted time and money Invoice Ninja fits perfectly into the way I work and produce invoices. With the ability to create my perfect invoice based on a template means what I send to my clients matches exactly how I want it to look, rather than having to compromise, OK it helps if you have a bit of coding experience but the guides on line help. Wish I had found Invoice Ninja a year ago.

Love and hate
When we found invoice ninja and input all the data was loving it now using almost everyday really sick and tired of the crashes and freezes. Anytime trying to input something new freezes ive closed and restarted 20 times in the last 10 mins at this point cant get anything done FIX IT ALREADY
Exactly what I wanted
I needed to replace my old PDF-and-email system of invoicing with something with an online portal. I didn’t need or want a full accounting solution like FreshBooks or Quickbooks, and they are way too expensive for what you get. Hence, Invoice Ninja. A great little package that my clients like using.

Great billing software
IN is great billing software for small to medium sized businesses. It's not quite a fully fledged accounting suite but focussed more on management of invoices. You can also track your expenses and also bill for your time using the handy 'tasks' option. It's saved me a load of time compared with what I used before. Thoroughly recommended. The companion app matches closely to the web based interface.

Look no further! Couldn’t ask for a better invoicing app. Does everything you need while not requiring updated software.
Great Application
This is a really good app, particularly with it being so cheap. I use it to manage the finances for my small businesses, and it works really well for that. It also flawlessly handles automatic recurring invoices, so that's one less thing I need to remember. Thank you so much!

I went from paper invoices to this...
Does everything I need, quite well from the phone, desktop app, and the web browser meaning I'm not tied to a single device or location to use it. For heavy invoicing I like to use the computer, for light on site invoicing I use my phone. The best part is the support from their staff... of the 5 or 6 times I submitted a question for anything I couldn't figure out, I got an answer within minutes via email, with very precice instructions/screen shots of how to do what I was trying to do.
