Absolutely shocking support
SOFTWARE CANNOT EVEN CALCULATE PROFIT AND LOSS BASED ON SELLING AND COST PRICE. REPORTED OVER 8 MONTHS AGO AND STILL NOT SOLVED!!!
Amazing Invoicing System
I searched for an invoicing sytem for my business for a couple of years. Once i found Invoice Ninja, it was love at first sight. It's very flexible and very intuitive. I even showed it to a couple of accountant associates of mine and they were shocked and amazed and are considering adopting it themselves.

Brilliant application.
Fast, easy to setup, would be great if it did Australia GST (BAS). Otherwise perfect invoicing system for any size business.

Excellent Open Source Accounting
The number of payment gateway options is amazing. I've only tried using Stripe and Square so far and setup was amazingly easy.

Really nice software, but not perfect for me
I work as a freelancer that operates on day rates overtime. The way the software workflow is setup, I can only be set to hourly rates for tasks instead of day rates. I am forced to input my "days" as a product which seems to be against how the software is designed to work. Just wiritng this review to see if im using it wrong, or if other people have had a similar issue.

Great value for free
I was looking for a simple invoicing app that would get the job done for free. And this is it. While you can get more premium features with the subscription witch are well worth the cost, it works great without any subscription. Which is impressive these days.
