My wife and I have ordered from wonder a few times. It has been pretty great but this last time I placed an order at 7:25pm that should have been ready shortly after 8. The order was delayed 3 times until finally we had to cancel as estimated delivery time was updated to 10:14pm. I called multiple times and texted the customer service number but was unable to reach anyone. A delay is okay, but being this unreliable without being reachable is pretty bad.Show lessdanrcomp

Just had to cancel an order that I waited over an hour and a half for cause they sent a message saying it’s an additional 45min wait. Meanwhile I just read a review for the same truck being on time and same food I wanted was amazing…WTF???
This isn’t my first time ordering but may be the last time I order that specific truck.

Exceeded my expectations
Ordered some meals from JBird Wonder truck last night. Short ribs were tender and flavorful as was the salsa verde chicken. Placed our order and had the truck in front of my house within 15 minutes, food delivered to doorstep 15 minutes after that. Impressive how quickly you can be eating a fine restaurant quality meal from the comfort of your own home. We’ve been seeing the Wonder trucks all over town and in our neighborhood. We finally decided to try it it was such a cool experience we can’t wait to do it again we had two pizzas and a cocktail delivered everything was delicious such a great idea.cranford triplets
Easy app, great service, tasty food, professional chefs
We’ve placed three orders from three different restaurants and three chefs. Each time the app was super easy to use, the chefs were personable and efficient, the food was fresh and delicious, and the prices not unreasonable for the quality and convenience. What an incredible experience! The ease of using the app and ordering food was wonderful. Had no difficulty finding what I wanted and I liked that things were labeled gluten-free. They came as promised in a timely manner, they cooked the meal in the amount of time they said they would, the food was amazing! The chef was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
