Good cameras
They are actually good cameras for the price. One thing i recommend is NOT TO PLACE THEM inside behind windows because at night they do not work at all, all you'll just get is a reflection of the camera. Other than that good video, sound and trackingPeteBx

Worse App and cameras ever
This app and the cameras are the worse ever most of the time the cameras freeze or turn completely away from pointing in a viewable direction where someone actually could be seen at all and trying to control cam movement within app going left to right most times it will not work and then all of sudden it will take off and just keep going one direction or another and not stopbthomas8534
Great Pup Cam!
We like this camera to watch our new pups in their crates to see when they need to go out. Decent quality and helps us check in without waking them. They can hear if we are moving the camera though, or if we zoom in, as it’s a little loud, so we have to make sure it’s facing the correct way before they fall asleep. (It tracks movement so sometimes will track us walking out of the room and stay there). Only other complaint is that if the pups are moving around at any clip, it can’t move fast enough to track them. For the price though, we can move it! I’d recommend this camera for anyone looking for a pup cam!newpuppymom

I love the remote control from anywhere. You can turn the camera left and right in the app. The only problem I don’t like is it’s not clear when a person or things are in moving motion.NguyenDynasty

Customer service
Customer service is everything but it saddens me that there is no one to contact to assist you with troubleshooting your device. I purchase equipment for my parents due medical reasons and them living alone. Power outage equipment failure and no one available to assist with putting it back on line. And to think I suggested friends and family purchase the devices because I thought they were great until the weren’t.lellerbee

Dear customer, we are sorry to hear that. If the camera is disconnected from the power it will offline and after power on, it will connect to the wifi automatically. If it fail to reconnect, you need to set up again as the first time you added it. We are sorry to say that there is no way we can do, such as upgrade the camera firmware to let the camera online, except you are reset it again. I have not been able to playback a recorded video. I’ve formatted the SIM card couple of times to no avail. Get the alert, but always get “video will be available for viewing shortly” but the screen is always blank.iDevice.RAC
